Booking

Please make your booking in writing. You can send us your booking (travel registration) by email, WhatsApp, or via the online form on our website. You will then receive a booking confirmation. After receiving these documents, a deposit of 15% of the travel price is due and payable to our account.

You may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. For reasons of proof, we recommend declaring your withdrawal in writing. We also recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Policy (Seminars)

The entire facility is reserved exclusively for the seminar group (7 accommodations, total of 12 persons), unless accommodations are released in consultation with us. If a seminar participant cancels, they may register a substitute participant.

Up to 90 days before the start of the trip: 15%

89–30 days: 50%

29–0 days: 95%

Cancellation (Private Booking)

The standard cancellation fees for trips are generally as follows:

Up to 90 days before the start of the trip: 15%
29–20 days: 25%
19–10 days: 50%
9–1 day: 75%

Cancellations on the day of departure or failure to commence the trip will be charged at 95%.

The calculation of these flat rates takes into account the expenses usually saved and the usual alternative use of travel services. You remain free to prove that no costs or significantly lower costs were incurred than those stated in the above flat rates.

Rebooking

Rebooking requests, where feasible, can generally only be made after you withdraw from the travel contract and simultaneously register again under the conditions set out under “Cancellation.” This does not apply to rebooking requests that incur only minor costs. In such cases, we charge a processing fee starting from €25.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Liability

We undertake to perform our stated services carefully and correctly.

We are not liable for service disruptions beyond our control, e.g., in cases of force majeure such as natural events, environmental disasters, war, crises, strikes, or epidemics. We recommend taking out travel baggage insurance.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children.

Outdoor events and seminars always involve a residual risk. In the event of an accident, each participant is covered under their own accident insurance.

Use of the stairs is at your own risk.

Obligation to Cooperate

As a traveler, you are obliged, within the framework of statutory provisions, to cooperate in the event of travel disruptions in order to avoid or minimize possible damages. Our staff must be informed immediately of any disruptions.

If you culpably fail to report a defect, any claim for price reduction shall not arise. Staff on site are not authorized to acknowledge any claims.

Complaints

Claims for services not rendered in accordance with the contract must be asserted against us within one month after the contractually agreed end of the trip. In your own interest, this should be done in writing. After the deadline has expired, claims may only be asserted if you were prevented from meeting the deadline through no fault of your own.

Contractual claims of the traveler arising from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty by the organizer, a legal representative, or a vicarious agent of the organizer shall become time-barred after two years. The same applies to claims for compensation for other damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer, a legal representative, or a vicarious agent of the organizer. All other claims pursuant to Sections 651c to 651f of the German Civil Code (BGB) shall become time-barred after one year. The limitation period begins on the day the trip was scheduled to end according to the contract. If negotiations are pending between the traveler and the tour operator regarding the claim or the circumstances giving rise to the claim, the limitation period shall be suspended until either the traveler or the tour operator refuses to continue negotiations. The limitation period shall expire no earlier than three months after the end of the suspension.

General

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, printing and calculation mistakes, as well as to change our offers. The invalidity of individual provisions of the travel contract or the General Terms and Conditions shall not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
