INTUITIVE ARCHERY IN ANDALUSIA

This week in Andalusia, it's "all in the blue"! Both with intuitive archery and on holiday in Darja's Yurtas, on the beach in Benjarafe or on the old royal path "Caminito del Rey".

Be there when it's time:

To shed what weighs you down and make you feel good. - Blue stands for patience, understanding and serenity. It has a positive influence on your psyche and encourages you to relax.

Reduce stress. - Blue inspires you to live in the present, to say goodbye to what creates pressure and to make space for balance.

resolve a conflict. Regardless of whether it is a dispute with yourself or another person. - Blue embodies the intention to make peace.

Bringing order to things. - Blue is predictable and enjoys order. That's why its effect gives you control and clarity (back).

Blue is versatile and expresses a wide range of emotions or feelings in its various shades. It is said to have a calming or soothing effect, it creates trust and sincerity. Just the right colour for Darja's days!

It is similar with intuitive archery. The same procedure invites you to notice yourself and the small changes. You can experience these in your own posture and movement. They become visible when you hit the arrows in the straw or on the target. By focussing on doing the same thing over and over again, staying upright in the bow and focusing on your goal, you enter a state of inner peace. Your self-efficacy increases and you trust yourself and your abilities more and more.

FRAME

Date: 19 to 26 October 2024 (start Saturday evening, end Saturday morning)

Course fee: 650 euros incl. VAT for professional and personalised archery instruction, high-quality equipment, excursions, transfer from the airport, hire car.

Accommodation: 655 euros for single occupancy in a yurt and vegetarian/vegan half board (598 euros per person for double occupancy)

PROCEDURE

In the mornings, we use the positive and inspiring energy of Darja's yurtas to help us get to grips with the bow and arrow. Here you can get to know or intensify intuitive archery with its numerous metaphors. The colour blue will also play a role again and again. Small impulses from me and open discussions in the group are creative and provide structure for your questions and topics.

In the afternoons there is time and space for sunbathing on the beach, an excursion to Malaga, a hike on the Royal Path (the Caminito del Rey) and individual activities.

FURTHER INFORMATION

The week can be booked with or without previous knowledge of intuitive archery.

1-2 participants must agree to drive a hire car so that transfers for excursions etc. are guaranteed.
